Food is essential for any living being on this planet. The basic lifestyle of this generation has been changed. So many new inventions, discovery of things is happening. Basically the world has been seen many revolution in every field.  Maintaining your health with the food you find now a day is becoming very difficult. More than life, food is becoming complicated. Before diet of people was very limited and food was much simple.

Giving Enough Minerals and Vitamin

Our body works the whole day and to keep working it needs lot of strength and energy. Make sure our body receives enough minerals and vitamin by eating good healthy food. Our body perform hundred of roles so they need essential nutrients such as minerals and vitamin.

Milk and other dairy products such as cheese, yogurt and so on contains minerals in them. Eating vegetables such as broccoli and leafy ones is good for health. It has lot of minerals in them. Vitamins can be given to your body by eating egg yolks, drinking orange juice and all.

Potassium is another important ingredient nutrition which is required for our body. It helps in functioning of our nerve system and muscles properly. It also helps in decreasing the chances of disease like diabetes and other heart related diseases.  Drinking more and more of water is best for our body. Potassium deficiency can lead to fatigue, cramps etc. Food like cheese, packaged meat and fast food contains sodium which takes places of potassium. Our body also needs iron. Food like meat, poultry and fish has lot of iron. But most of vegans absorb it from plants.

Food that is unhealthy and should be avoided

Tempting food is always not healthy – avoid 5 foods to never eat. Some of them have high calories in them which are definitely not good for one’s health. Limit your brain to not think about certain food. And for the one who are food lovers. Reducing the amount of sugar in your diet is just the part of solution. Avoid drinking soft drinks, dessert, ice cream, coffee regularly. Instead one can try fresh lime soda. Sugar can add lot of calories to your body and it may be result in gaining unwanted weight and it also gives an invite to unwanted and dangerous diseases. Excessive consumption of sugar is not good for health.

Keeping yourself busy cannot let you get bored. Because when one is bored they tend to eat lot of food. Decreasing the amount of meat and cheese in your sandwich and increasing the amount of vegetables such as capsicum, lettuce, tomato, cucumber is best idea. You will maintain your health and weight as the same time. This habit of eating may surely help you to cut down your unwanted calories.

It is very important to know which food is good for your and which is not. One should have the habit of eating good and healthy food. It may not show the result at the early age but when you grow old it may help you a lot.
