Originally built in 556 in Northern Qi Dynasty (550-577), it was again rebuilt with bricks and towers by Qi Jiguang (November 12, 1528 – January 5, 1588) by the commander in chief Qizhen Garrison.
You can also find many other spots to hike in the Great Wall Of China as the wall is spread out for the longest timing. One of the most gorgeous and magnificent parts of the Great Wall around Beijing, the entire Wall is well preserved by the Ming Dynasty with original appearance. You can also find the Badaling Pass and in the south you will find the gate, most tourists prefer to climb the north section where the highest watch tower is located as it is just so mesmerizing to watch the amazing view.
